LEARN HOW TO TRAIN AND PERFORM AS A COMPETITOR
During The Performance Camp we will improve your performance at competitions and your training for competitions. We will work on all aspects of CrossFit at the camp varying from Olympic weightlifting to gymnastics and athletics while also covering the needed competencies surrounding competition such as mindset, recovery, nutrition and application to training.
Our experienced team of coaches has a wide skill set that specializes in competitive performance and technique. Our focus will be to provide you with the knowledge and the how-to-do techniques optimally to improve the results from your training, improve competitive results and minimize unnecessary injuries. You will finish every subject by applying the skills in actual workouts that are designed to put your understanding to the test, because one only understands if you can actually do it in workouts.
In short. During the 2-day camp we are going to focus on building technique with the following elements:
- Olympic weightlifting
- Running technique
- Challenging CrossFit workouts
It will be a weekend filled with learning, aha-moments, challenges, and fun.
